Rice Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons
Rice, 2 Cups
Your Favorite Poke Variety, 1 Pound
Chinese Parsley (Cilantro), 1 Bunch
Green Onion, 1 Stalk
Oil, for frying

  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 1 Pound Spicy Ahi Poke (or your favorite variety)
  • 1 Bunch Chinese Parsley
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion
  • Oil for Frying

 

Directions

  1. Mix sushi rice and rice vinegar together.
  2. Mold about 3 tablespoons of rice into rectangles and pan fry in oil.
  3. Flip rectangles until all sides become golden brown.
  4. Place crispy rice on paper towels to drain out the oil.
  5. Place desired amount of spicy ahi poke on top of the crispy rice and garnish with chopped green onion and Chinese parsley.
